Situation for State Department of Health

At the Department of Health, data from Managed Care Organizations (MCO) was largely kept in spreadsheets and scattered across multiple silos, with reporting and collaboration via SharePoint. The department sought user-friendly reporting capabilities and streamlined approval workflows to ensure better outcomes and reporting.
