NIB operates more than 150 base supply stores (BSCs) at military bases and federal installations across the country to provide one-stop shopping to military personnel and federal employees. The reporting from these BSCs was hindered due to an old application using unreliable technology components. The error-prone reporting often resulted in manual issue fixing, affecting productivity.
