Louisiana Department of Health Streamlines MCO Reporting with Salesforce Community Cloud
At the Louisiana Department of Health (LDH), data from Managed Care Organizations (MCO) was largely kept in spreadsheets and scattered across multiple silos, with reporting and collaboration via SharePoint. LDH sought user-friendly reporting capabilities and streamlined approval workflows to ensure better outcomes and reporting.
