Ms. Parker leads AST’s Public Sector business development and strategic business alliance efforts. She joined AST after 15 successful years working in Oracle’s Public Sector Sales team, supporting solutions for U.S. State and Local government, U.S. Federal and Canadian provincial government. Prior to joining Oracle, she started her career in financial management at the U.S. Department of State.
Ms. Parker has over 30 years of experience in public sector information technology business development and sales. She has served in various capacities throughout her career, including project management, software solution development, software sales, professional service sales and sales team management.
Ms. Parker holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting from James Madison University.
