To support its complex business requirements, the client had been using Oracle eBusiness Suite (EBS) for many years, leveraging its extensive functionality for Financials, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing. Emtek’s EBS instance had many customizations to fit its unique business needs, which resulted in complex and expensive updates.
