The client is a long-term consumer of Oracle solutions and AST services. They faced a need for software upgrades and recognized that they could “kick the can down the road” (e.g., update Oracle EBS) or move quickly to adopt a full cloud suite. Previously the County had upgraded their on-premises EPM suite to Oracle EPM Cloud with AST, which laid the groundwork for an ERP cloud migration.
